As one journey ends and another begins often you get stuck in the middle of a collision which could leave you wondering about life and what have you done with it. It may seem that you could just pass this moment over but your actually slammed by the weight of your decisions and choices that have gotten you to where you are today.

At this time in my life I can see the awesome plan that has been placed upon my life but I’m in the middle of a moment that has got me thinking. As I look at the past 4 years of college it was a great journey that gave me experience and connections with many people. But did my decisions I made through those years allow me to become the greatest person I could be? Will I be remembered as a person who was always serving, helping & Christ-like?

It’s as this journey ends that a new journey begins. A journey that will continue until my life ends. A business, career, wife, kids, etc. How will my decisions effect my life’s outcome and remembrance?

Always remember your not the one who will remember your actions. It’s those who your touch and leave a mark upon there life.

iPhone 4, iPad, Web, TECH Crazy

Well if it hasn’t been one of the crazy times I would say I don’t know what could compare. However I have excellent news!! Theres gonna be a iPhone 4!!!!! Ok well you all probably have already figured that much out but never-the-less I have got to upgrade and in fact I believe I am going to pre-order so I get mine the day it is released! After following the keynote yesterday my mind is spinning over all the features and things this thing is gonna be able to do. But I have to say what makes it better is the fact I am waiting to recieve my iPad! Yea after holding one and playing around with it, I was completely sold and had to order one. Hopefully it will be in this week and I will be well on my way to success. haha. It is gonna be awesome none the less.

Well in other news I have finally completed my latest web design for the state of Alabama Church of God Executive Offices. By far it is the largest I have tackled but was a great learning experience for me and was awesome to work with such excellent people from the State Office. Be sure to check it out and comment on how u think it is. God Is Great!

Well I believe it is time for me to eat supper because I think my stomach is eatting itself.

Wrapping things up! & New VJ stuff!

Well I must start by saying what a awesome time I had the other weekend at the Kalahari resort with all the crew and conference. Made some great connections and it was a awesome time. I especially loved the r&r we all got. The conference also helped me out gain some more knowledge in the industry and all kinds of technical stuff so it was a win-win for the client and me. Haha. However now things are back on track at the church and we are running smoothly and building at the same time. I have also been working on some video and media wish-list that I hope to start purchasing by the end of June (with the Lords financial help that is) but I believe I’m on the right track so it’ll be good. I’ll be sure to post more information about that process as it comes along. The newest information I have started dabbing into is the Playback drive from Orange Thread Media, Visual Worshiper, and Worship VJ. It’s a hard-drive complete with SD & HD video files along with images and triple-wide files. It so awesome that someone has created something like this. I am so looking forward to purchasing mine and then duplicating some of my visual files over to it also to make it the best Play-Back-Hard-Drive I will ever own. Well without further due I will end things here and get back to ya again at a later date.

Kalahari – God’s Girls in Motion Conference & WMD Productions

I am so excited about my trip this evening to Sandusky, Ohio for the God’s Girls in Motion conference. I got the call back to provide the conference with video and media again this year and we are taking out youth media team from Aftershock Student Ministries to go help them with what they are needing. This is one of the coolest conferences I do and it’s also nice that it is held at the Kalahari Resort. And I must say the resort is absolutely amazing. I was blown away last year when we were checking out what the resort had inside it’s walls. I be updating you while I’m there hopefully but definitely once I return on Saturday. God is awesome and I’m so glad I get to help others using my God Given talents and abilities. Be sure to check out my post from last year (click here) to get some more info on whats happening.

In other news, I have basically finished my new website and all i have to complete is my portfolio page so all you can see some of my company work and the services page which gives detailed descriptions of some of the services we offer. Tale of Two Graves & Easter

Well a couple weekends ago the production Tale of Two Graves took place and man I am so amazed at how great it turned out to be. I had high expectations for the production but it surpassed all I could imagine. There were so many lives changed that I couldn’t believe it. And to have all of my materials, cues, lights, media, etc go so smooth was a very big bonus. It was definitely a must see and to all those who may have missed it I highly recommend purchasing the DVD from the event. I want to say a special thanks to all of my production volunteers that made everything a success. The hardest part of the event was the fact I was sick with a sinus infection and had no voice. But we pulled it off and God took control of the service.

The next big thing was this past weekend being Easter Sunday. The day we get celebrate the Risen Savior Jesus Christ. I was able to spend the day with our inner city ministry of Princeton Pike called Power Source. We just moved them into there new facility First St. Johns Building. I spent all day on Saturday installing fabric, curtains, sound, media and projection for the ministry. It was such a great experience and had a great time during the install. I was also able to run sound for the first service in their new building. I’m so excited for what God is gonna do for that ministry and I’m apart of the ministry.

God Made & is Making a Way!

Well how bout I start off saying Happy New Year! It’s definately been some time now since I have been able to sit down and communicate with all you lovely people. However so much has happened and is going on right now, I thought I would take a little time to share the goodness with you. We coming into the new year I was excited to see what God was gonna do. And I must say so far it has been amazing. At the church we have seen 200+ souls saved for the kingdom of God within the past 17 weeks. It has been an awesome experience and I’m so glad I get to serve along side my Pastor to help him with his Audio/Visual Material. We have so much that we are working towards and it is truely unbelieveable. Just this past Sunday Pastor brought forth an amazing illustration titled “this is my story.” The response from the church family was incredible. Our next big project we are working on is the production “Tale of Two Graves” which is based from the Journey to Eternity Series from last year. It’s gonna be so amazing I can wait and im so excited I am apart of this life-changing event. Ill be sure to dedicate a post to this production as it gets closer. In other news I have been doing alot of web design and graphic design. I also began dabbing in to Cinema 4D which has turned out to be one amazing 3d animation software. It’s Christmas But We’ve Got Entertainment!

Well it has been a while since I posted on my blog but I think its also been a while since I had time to sit down and work on my mac. But now that I have your attention I just wanna throw out some stuff that I have been working on and some news related stuff you just might enjoy. Well to start back with my last post. The series I was working on with my Pastor “Journey to Eternity” was such a success. Since the beginning of the series we have seen over 115 souls saved and man what awesome messages Pastor has been bringing forth. We just finished this series but after the first of the year we are going back to the series for one more message called “Journey To Eternity: The Tale of Two Graves.” Ill give you some more info on this as the time draws closer. Its definitely gonna be one message you don’t wanna miss. However I have also began pre-production and prep for the Family Christmas Celebration Program we are having at the church. Its gonna be one of the greatest things and I can’t wait till it gets here. We will most likely be streaming it live on Dec. 13 during the Sunday PM service But I will let you know about that info soon. On here we provide information regarding events, time changes, weather advisories and other valuable information. But the action doesnt stop after the Christmas Program. Ill be spending alot of time during the winter break to get as much of my Degree Project Pre-Production finished so that after the first of the year I won’t have a billion things to do when I start back school for the Winter Qtr. However this is my last year and im ready to graduate and see what life has to offer. One other bit for entertainment fun you can get involved in is the new series me, dylon and seth have started called “Donnie and Jimmy Adventures.” We are out shooting hilarious video as these two characters go on adventures and explain there way of doing things. You can check all of this out on my youtube channel WMDPRO. We are in the process of shooting 2 more videos which we hope to post soon. Also the JokesandJesus.com team sat down last monday to discuss upcoming video ideas, shooting schedules, and a new direction for 2010. We are so excited to what we are going to be able to provide to you. Well thats about all I got so until next time check out the first Jimmy and Donnie video we posted!

Enviromental Projection! WOW!

Well as you may have read in my last post, I starting using a different approach to Visual Worship called Environmental Projection. I have to give all credit for this to Camron Ware from VisualWorshiper.com. I contacted him after attending the Gurus of Tech Conference just to pick at his mind about how to pull something like this off. I do have to say the first moment I got all the projectors set-up and linked right I was blown away just from stepping back and looking at what was being projected. This is absolutely one of the coolest things I have seen and done. It adds such a great atmosphere to the environment. I also had a great response from multiple people concerning the set-up. I still have about 2 more weeks with my current set-up but I do hope that next time I get this up and going it is twice as good as this time. I am also hoping for a permanent install of this set-up so we can use it every Sunday and any other event that may take place. I have definitely gotten a great passion for environmental projection now and hope to expand my skill and knowledge of the matter and use it to touch lives and impact people. Journey to Eternity Pt.2

We are about mid way through our first part of the Journey to Eternity Series Pastor is speaking on. Man what a major impact this has had on so many people. It is unbelievable how God has moved and shown up in the services we have had. Along with all of the graphic design and promotional videos I used a new way of Visual Worship called Environmental Projection. I was kinda iffy on how it would turn out but the church family loved it and it really added such a impact to the message. Journey To Eternity – Fall Series

I am very excited to be apart of a fall series that my Bishop Barry Clardy is starting. I have been putting a lot of work into making this series of sermons a huge impact. I spent most of the time getting the graphic/logo made for series. There are so many exciting things that God is gonna make happen. We will be introducing a whole new atmosphere of presenting the word that God has given Bishop Clardy. As time goes by I’ll post all of the new material that we use and create so that you can see what will be taking place. Join us for this series starting September 27, 2009 at 10:30am. We will be streaming this series online for all to be apart of.
